Aqua Fitness
Aqua Fitness is a group that supports clients to participate in an aqua program and increase their fitness in a fun social environment. The group meets every Tuesday at The Spastic Centre Aqua-ability pool during term 1,2 and 4. The program is self sustaining and has a fee for participants.

Internet Group
The Internet Group consists of five to seven clients and an instructor who meet out of a community based Internet café in Manly. The group is based on a user pay service and runs for 2 hrs. It concentrates on skills such as searching the Internet, setting up and maintaining an email account and learning competent computer skills in a group atmosphere in a community based setup.

MyTime Groups
Gives carers time just for themselves, a little pampering and some practical help. This Australian Government initiative provides a play helper to keep the children busy with activities while a facilitator gives the adults a hand with information. Parents and carers of a child with a disability aged from birth to six years are eligible.
